ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE

Our online order basket system is now up and running. While it is admittedly rather basic (not able to calculate all shipping options, painted or custom engraved items, it is still an improvement over having no online ordering at all. Don't risk sending sensitive bank or credit card information in your unencrypted emails, use our secure server order basket system instead. Any time, day or night we are just a mouse click away.

ORDER BY MAIL

Please use this order form, or a copy of it, for each addressee. We normally ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Use the chart below to determine the ground shipping charge based on order total. Ground rates are per delivery address. UPS rquires a Street Address and phone number. Only the USPS will deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

ORDER BY PHONE

Our toll free order number is (800) 431-2945. During our regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm, your call will in most cases be answered personally. At other times you will have to settle for our answering machine. Please have your completed order form, credit card number and expiration date at hand when you call. Be sure to leave your daytime phone number so we will be able to reach you if need be.

ORDER BY FAX

If you prefer a fax machine, we would be delighted to receive your order by fax. Our Fax number is (508) 240-1249. Our machine is on 24 hours a day, so you may send an unattended transmission at any time.

GIFTS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Please let us know if your order is to be a gift. We would be happy to include a green satin bow and prepare a personalized note on our Gift Card at no additional charge. We can also ship directly to the gift recipient, if you like. If you are unsure about what would be most the most appropriate or appreciated gift, we can prepare a personalized Gift Certificate.

INTERNATIONAL AND EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS

For All Express Deliveries, Intenational Deliveries, Alaska and Hawaii, the total delivery charge will be calculated by adding the carrier's actual shipping charge plus $5.00. Please specify the service level required (i.e. Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, etc.) and your preferred carrier if you have one. For orders placed on the website we will send a separate PayPal Invoice for the shipping and handling charges when your order is packed and weighed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay for your internet order through PayPal's secure checkout system (All Major Credit Cards Accepted), or send a check or money order. If you have selected "Other Shipping Options" (i.e. Express, 2nd Day, International, etc.) , you will receive a separate PayPal Invoice for the shipping and handling charges based on the actual weight and dimensions of your order.
